Project management was very well organized and transparent. We had a dedicated project manager who coordinated communication between us and the team, collected feedback, and kept us updated every week. There was also a strategist on their side who made sure the timeline was followed and prepared weekly progress reports showing what was done and what was coming next. The team used Jira to track all tasks, and most communication took place through email and WhatsApp, with regular Google Meet calls for discussing open questions. Everything felt structured and clear.
