We already had a good previous experience with ITExpertUS INC so we got in touch once again.

We work on a continuous delivery environment where engineers are part of cross-functional teams that take care of all the steps of development from discovery and research to the final product delivery.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I worked with 2 vendors from ITExpertUS, one of them was a FE Senior engineer and the other one a BE Senior Engineer.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Both engineers worked on very different projects and were involved on small experiments and bigger initiatives.

We work in an Agile environment with the most common Scrum rituals and processes. We use Jira, Confluence, and Slack as our main communication tools, and the engineers are involved in most activities.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The quality of the engineers is very good. They are very engaged and open to learning new things. They get involved in the company's culture and created a strong relationship with our team.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
With one of the engineers, we had a small communication issue due to his level of English but it didn't pose any major problem.
