Collective42 provides us with website hosting and revision services. We began the engagement with phone calls and Microsoft Teams meetings to get to know them and start the process. They've also improved our Google Analytics and changed the verbiage on our website to match our new company's regulatory requirements.

We only work with Ricardo. He's in charge of our project.

Collective42 was a legacy relationship that came with the acquisition of the prior company that our ownership attained. We reviewed the services and functions of the vendors to support the new company. When I started working with Ricardo, it was evident that he was a tremendous resource and asset to our new company, so we decided to continue working with him.

1) C42 strictly followed thier very structured process outlined by the SOW

2) Timelines were tightly held by C42. Customer was the holdup and cause for extended development schedule.

3) New site functions and responds far better than the previous website

4) Provided a more modern and updated look for customers and investors

C42 team was very interactive from the very first introductory call. Thier use of Basecamp as a communicaton tool took a moment to get use to but worked very well. They were equaly reponsive in other communication tools such as email and phone calls, but clearly prefer Basecamp for record keeping and thier internal commmunication with team members. 

C42 seems committed to making sure thier service and deliverables are prompt and on time. Any delays were customer related. C42 was very understanding when it came to our internal content review and the delays that it caused while gaining team member concensus.

Client friendly approch to idea exchange and meeting our expectations.

Timely deliverables and staying organized even when there was a little client side chaos.

Our most important metric is revenue and we have seen it consistently increase month over month working with Collective42. Project deliverables were completed much earlier than the forecasted time.

Collective42 is very communicative, easy to get on touch and flexible to our needs. They have a consultative approach which really helped pinpoint our needs. Items were delivered weeks if not months in advance. I was really impressed with the quality of work and speed in which it was delivered.

The Collective's vision and expertise, how organized they were and stayed on track. They were honest in their communication and kept the project moving along in a timely fashion. They were fun to work with. They took my ideas and turned them into impressive web designs.

They were on point. Perhaps an in person meeting as a Meet & Greet. But all the Google Meet calls were great and easy to navigate. The calls were timed well and they were flexible when my schedule changed. They made it easy.
