      The problems that we were having – there were configurations with our network where there would be problems that we would discover when we would come in on Monday morning to find out that our network would be down and no one knew about it. We'd have to get our MSP [managed services provider] team in the office. That never happens with TEKConn. I get a call in the morning saying there's a problem and, at the worse, they have someone in at 8 a.m. fixing it. I haven't lost a day's work due to problems that they can impact. Their people are competent and professional. When I personally call with a problem with my PC, they fix it. They're straight about it.

      Bob is very hands-on. If there is a problem, he jumps in and gets involved. IT Tropolis’s accessibility, depth of knowledge, and ability to communicate are excellent across the board. We typically communicate via text and email. I prefer to send them a text message when an issue is time-sensitive, but if it can wait an hour or two I just email them.

      MegaplanIT informs us about any suspicious activity. For instance, this morning, I came in and got an alert about a low-level alarm. Someone was trying to log in to our board director’s account 100 times per minute from seven different countries. MegaplanIT gives me alerts and metrics about any security situation. Every time that we have an issue or someone within our environment does something that they shouldn’t, we send them an email, and we have a response within 5–10 minutes once they’ve already reviewed all the logs.
