Webaissance is a small web agency that serves non-profits, performing arts organizations, artisans and small businesses. I am the founder and primary web developer.
For what projects/services did your company hire Pacific Computer Group?
Our in-office network was having some issues: weak connectivity and some issues connecting equipment.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted a solid, affordable, local solution to our networking needs.

Pacific Computer Group was able to quickly improve our networking, resolve the networking issues and provide networking expertise to improve our setup moving forward.

The PCG tech responded quickly and was able to schedule an appointment soon. When they arrived they were able to identify specific issues that they improved upon and fix several points of network connectivity we were having.

Jonathan was the PCG rep who resolved out issues.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
As a result of PCG's work our network now runs more quickly, securely and efficiently - and our productively has increased.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
PCG can be reached through numerous channels and it has been easy to connect with them. When any issues arise it's easy to open a ticket and they respond quickly to resolve it.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I am impressed with PCG's agility. They are local and small and able to handle our issues quickly - even if after hours.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I have been impressed with Pacific Computer Group and I can't think of any major shortcomings. Perhaps over time they will grow and add more staff and expand their service offerings - but at this time they are sufficient for our needs.
Through Pacific Computer Group's services, the client saw an improvement in their network connectivity, increasing their productivity. The team is readily available through various channels and are quick to resolve any issues that surface. Overall, the client is satisfied with their work.
