I am the Director of a company providing business consultation and Support services.
For what projects/services did your company hire Zeta Sky?
We hired Zeta Sky to provide our IT Support for all staff - covering 4 workstations, including all of our phone, internet, and security systems.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to increase our security, but also have someone we could reach out to for technical support issues.
How did you select Zeta Sky?
We considered three IT companies for our project. We reviewed the company information and reached out to them to examine pricing and responsiveness. Zeta Sky stood out from their competitors through outstanding customer service and efficient processes.
Describe the project in detail.
The team at Zeta went above our expectations, and sent out some techs to our offices to set-up and install upgraded workstations, carefully labelling and documenting the process.
The technicians also explained (in layman's terms) how certain aspects of our system worked for the staff. They also organized our Microsoft 365 Administration system, and integrated our phone system so that we would be able to accept calls from our cell phones.
What was the team composition?
I'm not sure how large Zeta's team is, but I regularly work with 4 of their support staff.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
My biggest take-away from their services is that each of the technicians provide friendly 'talk-through' support that doesn't leave our staff frustrated. Their support technicians are easy to reach at a moment's notice, and are all very knowledgeable. To date, we have not had any technical issue that their staff could not handle almost immediately.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Perfect, no problems! Their staff are dedicated, cheerful, and reliable.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
What is remarkable about Zeta Sky is their commitment. They do what they say they'll do, and they back up their word with actual work by a smiling team! With technical support things can get frustrating very easily, but Zeta does well at keeping their staff motivated and engaged - you always are handled with highest regard.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I haven't had any issues that I could provide advice on.
