JJC Systems designed and implemented a Microsoft Business Central ERP andmigrated our historical financial from QuickBooks. They build a phenomenal systemby setting up custom dimensions as per our business operations and excellentreporting to track our financials and operations. They also built recurring billingtemplates and configured bank integration for reconciliations.We also signed up with monthly support plan for future customization and maintainthe system.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our month-end close went from 12 days to 4 days. We also eliminated over 30
spreadsheets through automation.

JJC Systems implemented Business Central with item and variant setup, locations, and lot/expiration tracking for juice and sparkling SKUs. They configured production BOMs and routings, created production order workflows, and standardized purchasing with approved vendor lists. Finance was centralized with a redesigned chart of accounts, dimensions for product lines and customers, and out-of-the-box financial statements. They also set up basic MRP for replenishment planning and created role-based dashboards for Operations, Purchasing, and Finance.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We eliminated nearly all manual reconciliations between spreadsheets. Batch and lot visibility now updates in real time on the production floor. Month-end close is faster, and audit prep for compliance documentation is far simpler thanks to consistent data across inventory, production, and finance.

Yes—each phase was completed on time. They adapted to our internal timelines and helped prioritize the highest impact processes first.

They took the time to understand how our production floor operates and translated that into Business Central setups that work for both office and plant teams. Their industry-ready templates saved us time and left room to scale.

No major concerns. A short “how-to” video for common ERP tasks would’ve been a nice bonus, but their live training sessions were excellent.

They redesigned document libraries, set up customized workflows for departments such as R&D and Operations, and established structured permission levels to ensure compliance and security. Key deliverables included a centralized SharePoint environment, department-specific dashboards for project oversight, and customized collaboration spaces that made it easy for teams across Germany, the UK, Italy, and China to work together. A critical part of the solution was training, and JJC SYSTEM conducted targeted sessions tailored to different user groups, ensuring adoption was smooth and practical.

The only improvement we could suggest would be to expand the availability of self-service learning materials, such as video tutorials or step-by-step visual guides, for users to reference after training. While their support team remained quick and effective in answering queries, these additional resources would have further reinforced adoption.
