Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Chrysalis set up the Azure subscription, installed all necessary assesment tools, and analyzed our infrastructer for migration readiness. They disigned our virtual network in Azure followed by the virtual servers, and established a VPN tunnel for a secure and stable connection between on-premise and Azure evironments. The replicacation of our data was initiated, and inay syncing issues were resolved for a smooth migration. 

Any lingering issues were addressed and rectified immediately.

All servers and operations functional upon shutdown of local on-prem host.

They have a great team. All of our questions were answered and our needs were met immediately. They delivered on time.

I have nothing negative to say, they have a top-notch team, provide great customer service, and are a pleasure to deal with.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Building of the Share Point Sites, the migration of the information inside the shared server files, and the set up of the scanner.

They laid out a plan before the start, then followed up with updates as we prepared for the project as we neared the start of the project. Once the project started, it went very good, they were available via email, phone, or video call to review the status and discuss any concerns. The project was completed as scheduled.

The team that managed the project did a great job of communicating the plan, and working with us to come up with a plan that worked for us. They are very knowledgeable and their willingness to help with any questions or concerns we had during the project.

They delivered everything we discussed in our plan and are very helpful and willing to accommodate our needs.

Please describe your company and your position there.

MCHA is a corporate housing company located in The Woodlands, TX. The company has been in business for +18 years with approx 35 employees. I am a project manager.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Chrysalis MSP?

Our legacy IT infrastructure was struggling to keep up with demand, and the file server we were using was no longer supported. When we considered options for replacement or upgrade we considered converting to cloud-based computing to support remote and in-house work.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

ChrysalisMSP is our current managed IT provider. We elected to go with cloud-based computing because of the scalability and because we could stay within budget.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We held a meeting to discuss our needs, future plans, after which ChrysalisMSP recommended several alternatives. We selected the cloud-based option both for cost and scalability. ChrysalisMSP devoted resources to the planning and migration of our data to the new cloud-based provider. From beginning to end the project took about 2-mo and was seamless for us.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

3 members from Chysalis' Customer Success Team took care of us, I'm sure involving other members of the Chrysalis team as necessary.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to fully migrate from an in-house server to a cloud-based solution. We've had a few minor glitches with non-responsiveness that they're helping us chase down with Microsoft. The migration was successful and painless from our perspective.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Chrysalis has a reliable team that has been very responsive to our inquiries.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team drew from their past experiences to recommend helpful Microsoft solutions. It was an easy choice.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We can't think of anything that we'd do differently at this time.
