I’m an IT administrator at a heavy truck dealership with six locations across the coasts of Northern California.

What challenge were you trying to address with SRS Networks?

SRS Networks helps me with network wiring for buildings, project planning and other IT services. These projects were often time-sensitive and had strict deadlines.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SRS Networks provides IT support across various projects. They also supply wiring services for our different locations and project planning, too. For each project, I give their team a set of complex requirements and they return with the completed product.

What is the team composition?

I work with six different people on their team and Randy (CEO, SRS Networks).

How did you come to work with SRS Networks?

I’ve known Randy for 25 years so I chose him for our partnership.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested between $25,000–$50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in May 2009 and our collaboration is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our ability to grow has been based on the work they’ve done. When we build out new locations, they’ve successfully rewired the buildings for our network and set up the entire IT system for us. They also continually meet our strict deadlines and fulfilled my high standards of quality.

How did SRS Networks perform from a project management standpoint?

SRS Networks is always available to help us with our problems. They’re willing to work after hours until the early morning to make sure the work is delivered on time to avoid our business having downtime.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their team always has my back when I need them. Whenever there’s an IT emergency, their team is accessible and able to help.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t think of anything.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be clear about what you need. Don’t expect them to produce your vision if your instructions are ambiguous. They’ll do exactly what you want if you tell them.
