The team and Midwest Cloud where able to augment my DevOps team and work directly with my account and business operations teams to completey recreate all of our Power Bi reporting follwoig the implamentation of our new Accounting plateform.

The completion and updating of all existing Power Bi reports

The team worked very well in coordination with our existing small team and provided the much needed expertise to assist us with the completion of these reports.

MCC provided me with workstations for me and my employees. They also offer "Complete IT" which monitors, updates, and provides security for our machines and network. Any time I have any kind of IT problem, I am able to call or email and they respond quickly to resolve the ticket.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our network and laptops are quick and easy to use. Any time I have an issue, I know I can call or email and it will be resolved shortly.

Yes, they created a timeline and stuck to it. They respond quickly and effieciently.

We were able to watch the platform work side by side with our existing process.  We would resolve any variances
