We usually touch base every six weeks or so to see how they are progressing and whether or not we need to make any changes. Their responsiveness is very good. Whenever I write to them with a question or concern, they always get right back to me. Their communicativeness is much better than the company we used previously. We always know what they’re doing, so it’s easy to analyze their work. They’re always open and forthright, and I appreciate their honesty.
