I was in desperate need of a website that would represent me and TopOut Group was amazing bringing the feeling I was looking for.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

My personal PR from Kissing Lions public relations found TopOut and after presenting a few companies to me, I felt that TopOut was the one who listen the best and actually had the patience and expertise to design what I had in mind: a website that was efficient and easy to navigate, AND that had a cool, simple, yet striking look.

With my PR’s help we were able to decide on the look, then the navigation including the content and then tweak it once we had a nice solid skeleton.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

From what I understand, Christopher was the person taking car of the forefront but I believe there were about 3 people helping with coding and other fun elements.

The outcome was gorgeous and I am so happy with my website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was awesome and there was no stress in the process. TopOut Group listened attentively and found the right solutions to my problems.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

TopOut Group has the expertise and a lot of humanity when doing their job.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I always want things to be faster but the efficiency and quality of my website are more important. The product is gorgeous and I love it.

I hired TopOut Group to help manage a client's DigitalOcean environment and assist with more technical issues with our large Woocommerce site.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I doubt TopOut Group online, and after speaking with Chris, determined that his expertise was aligned perfectly with our needs. He is also one state away, which was also ideal.

TopOut Group was called upon immediately to assist with some DigitalOcean management and was able to step in and stabilize things for us with no hesitation. We have had ongoing maintenance and upgrade projects that are too many to list. TopOut is very flexible, responsive, and fast to resolve requests.

I worked with the owner, Chris.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Chris is the third developer we brought in and is the last we will need, as long as he's available. He has remained steady and pleasant throughout our ongoing relationship.

Chris is flexible in communication through our preferred means and has also provided a dashboard into his system that helps keep us organized on top of everything else.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

TopOut Group knows what their expertise is, and they confidently mean it when they said they can deliver. The value he provides is unquestionable and he also has my client's interest in mind, which is incredibly helpful.

None whatsoever. A true professional.

I hired TopOut Group to support tech and back-end web development for a website. My goals were to transform the previous website into a more compelling representation of the art and life of a 30-year veteran in the performing arts that I worked with.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I initially gauged each vendor asking basic questions. My hope was to get a sense for their ability to be friendly, flexible, patient, skilled, and professional. The deciding factor was the friendly demeanor and professionalism of TopOut Group's founder, Chris. Also, it was reassuring that he was the founder of his company, just like I was. That established mutual respect.

The scope of work included staging the site which supported detailed internal creative discussions about the overall vision. I provided creative direction and creative materials. TopOut Group supported all tech, provided consultation that helped streamline the process, and went above and beyond by recommending logo design mock-ups as a value add.

TopOut Group favors consistent progress and communication. They made it a point to troubleshoot if timelines stagnate and offer helpful suggestions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

TopOut Group offers a host of services that niche brands and small businesses need at scale. I like the range of services they provide.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

During my time working with TopOut Group, I could see they were growing. My only advice is, get service providers as knowledgeable as Chris--customer service and quality are everything.

The website i had built was built on Bedrock, a very new and technical way to build websites and my developer closed his company during Covid. I was left with a website that was closed down and reached out to Chris from Top Out Group to assist me. i needed to get back online ASAP

His experience with using Bedrock which was very difficult to find amongst developers

Rebuild my website and move to a different server as quickly as possible as my whole business is based around my website

Chris was absolutely outstanding replying to emails (our form of communication). He was always very thorough and spoke with me in terms that I was able to understand

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Communication and quality of work. Chris was always working around the clock in all the jobs he managed for me after the rebuild

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing was ever too big of a task. Chris was amazing in all aspects at all times. I genuinely couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. Honest, thorough and hard working are all words that come to mind. Chris will be my go to for as long as i have my business and I couldn't recommend Chris more highly
