What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The main outcome was to have a website that was succesfully migrated from Magento to Shopify, with a more current look and feel versus our Magento based website and be approved by our company's Excecutive team and ownership.

Their flexibility is in terms of customizing their pricing to fit what we needed without charging us for anything we didn't, especially in terms of their communication and speed.

It's not really fair to critique this point because we were on such a tight timeline and had our own creative person creating imagery for the site, but it would have been icing on the cake to have them bring more of their own creative ideas for certain imagery and graphics on the site specific to the way we tried to illustrate the problem our product solves and the value it brings. But again, I'm really digging deep to find some constructive critique because they really did an awesome job.

Each stage of the project had a timeline and was completed accordingly. Our new website is performing very well in terms of traffic, UX/UA, and core web vitals are all passing.
