I’m the owner of a quilting supplies retailer, and we have five stores at this point.

What challenge were you trying to address with Connecting Point Computer Center?

We had a web provider and website that were not fully functional for our needs. Therefore, we needed someone to help us with that.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Connecting Point Computer Center has helped us transition to a different version of our website. We had a design locked and loaded on it, so they’ve only helped us add menu trees, move things around, and simplify it. Currently, they provide hosting and maintenance services for us.

What is the team composition?

I only interact with Sue (Marketing & Events Coordinator). There is also a behind-the-scenes person that helps her with the project, but I don’t interact with anyone but her.

How did you come to work with Connecting Point Computer Center?

I googled Connecting Point Computer Center. After that, I called them, talked about what my problem was, and asked them for everything that I wanted. They understood and came back with a bid that incorporated all that. We signed the bid, I gave them a check, and they did it.

We started working together in September 2020, and the partnership is ongoing.
