What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Attention to detail and technical abilities!
I needed an update to my photography website to improve low traffic and customer engagement, and I’m so happy I chose Martelle from Reach Media & Design to handle it! I truly can’t say enough good things about both the experience and the final results.  Martelle started with a no-obligation consultation where we discussed the issues my current website was facing, including site speed, SEO, and overall structure. It was immediately clear how much time, research, and thought he had put into preparing for that initial call.  The entire process was seamless, and communication was excellent throughout. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and there was incredible attention to detail—from the site setup to the copy and SEO foundation.  It honestly feels like my business has had a complete transformation. The website looks polished, professional, and truly reflects my brand.
