Custer Marketing helped Foam Bash clarify its brand, improve its website, and increase online visibility so people could easily understand what they offer and book a foam party. The work included refining messaging to clearly explain services and who Foam Bash is for, building a fast and mobile-friendly website that’s easy to use, and optimizing the site for search so it shows up when people look for foam parties and event entertainment locally. We also improved local search visibility and set up basic tracking to measure traffic and inquiries, giving Foam Bash a strong foundation to grow bookings over time.

Key deliverables included: updated brand messaging, a redesigned and optimized website, SEO and local SEO improvements, and a clean digital setup built to support future growth.

Consistent use of the Foam Bash logo and visual identity across the website, social media, marketing materials, and event collateral, reinforcing brand recognition and trust.

What stood out most about Custer Marketing was how clearly they explained everything and how intentional they were about understanding our audience. They took time to learn who we were trying to reach and tailored the messaging and content to actually connect with those people. Nothing felt overcomplicated or pushy, pricing was transparent, and it genuinely felt like they cared about doing the work the right way.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Custer Marketing could have done differently?

At the beginning, their level of SEO expertise felt a little overwhelming and I didn’t fully understand everything right away. However, Custer Marketing quickly recognized that and took the time to slow things down and explain what they were doing in a way that made sense. Once that happened, the process felt clear and comfortable, and communication improved throughout the rest of the project.
