I own and operate a wireless internet company. We’re also a hosted phone service provider.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Enspyre Digital?

We’d been operating for four years and built up a big book of business. We wanted to go to the next level and start getting inbound leads. We needed to up our online presence, since we weren’t being found very easily.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They took the bones of our website and made it a little more user friendly. The team updated the content and changed the layout. They also made that language ubiquitous on Yelp, Google, Facebook, and Instagram listings. The team also does SEO. We did a small Facebook Ads campaign and we’re in the process of creating Google Ads, too.

What is the team composition?

We work with 3–4 people from their team. Charles (President) is our main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Enspyre Digital?

We found them through a networking event.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $3,500 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in April 2020, and our work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

After four months, we went from the eighth page of Google to the first for phone and internet providers. Our call volume for potential opportunities went up and we get about two leads per week.  

How did Enspyre Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They handle things end-to-end. All we need to provide is information of what we want and feedback for how they performed. We meet every 2–3 weeks.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re a local company that takes the marketing aspect off our plate so we don’t have to deal with it every day. They became a marketing arm for us at a fraction of the cost.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they’ve been pretty good.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to really focus on who your customer is when explaining it to them. That way, they know which is the best approach when helping you reach your target market.
