If we have add-on goals, they arrange stand-up calls to discuss them. In other words, they’re adaptable. Their developers join calls and interact with business representatives, BA, and other teammates. Further, they’ve been extremely flexible with our needs. As an example of their flexibility, we previously had to do a change order on our statement of work (SOW). While I was working on having the change order process signed by the procurement team, the Software Solved team flexibly worked on some items for me.

We use a software that caps licenses at 12, and the licenses don’t become available even when someone stops using the software. DominionTech has created a script that helps shut the software down automatically to enable more users to access it. I keep an eye on the outsourced IT services market but have never had a reason to switch to another provider. Every year, we decide that DominionTech is the right choice.
