Can you give a brief overview of what your company does for some background?

We are a nonprofit California community benefit organization, providing healthcare to our community.

What were your company’s business goals or reasons for undertaking the project?

Twelve years ago, we had previously been affiliated with another corporation. Once that corporation divested from us, we needed to find a new accounting solution. After reviewing several accounting software applications, it was decided to go with Microsoft Dynamics.

TMC is our Microsoft Dynamics technology consultant.

How did TMC perform?

We have partnered with TMC for the last 12 years and, through that time, they have been available to assist with any problems or questions. We especially like their helpline, which enables us to get quick answers and fixes.

When working with TMC, was there anything unique or special about them compared to other companies that you may have worked with?

The staff is very personable and quick to learn what our company is all about. They have some standout individuals who really know the product, and are always there to help us.

Looking back on the project, is there any area that TMC could improve or that you would do differently?

Not really.
