The main end result is a fully automated e-learning platform where we can upload our video courses through Vimeo and which should be able to record the participants while taking each lesson and automatically save them in a designated Google Drive Folder, in order for them to be eligible to take a final exam that can be verified by the Romanian Government. 
Other key functions are customizable quizes, the participants ability to upload photos and files at the end of each lesson and a real-time progress overview available only to the trainers to track the evolution of all participants.

The platform is fully operational and it contains all requested features and integrations that were tested and explained to us.

Opti Systems Team was very responsive and they were always open to a challenge, even when we requested extra features later in the process. As for the deadlines, they actually delivered the project 30 days earlier than expected, so it is a 10/10 for the timing.

The most impressive aspect is the internal workflow and task management of their team. Each member knows exactly what to do and they explained to us every step we have to make and deliver in order to build each feature correctly. They are true professionals and one of the most efficient teams I have ever worked with.

For our specific project, we cannot find an aspect that could have been done better. However, our suggestion is that they could start investing more time and resources in advertising their line of software products in order to participate in pitching competitions and in order to establish a more organic connection with their past and future clients. 
For instance, after we launch our platform, we would be happy to share with them stats and analytics in order for them to use our project evolution to help other clients.

As soon as a Deal is won a quote should sync to easybill and create a draft invoice. Master data of the company and contact should then also sync Products, amount and prize are synced from HubSpot to easybill and the billing interval is dependent on a date field and another field which defines the duration in months.
