Time and time again, we’re brought in to clean up and optimize an existing implementation. This leaves our clients in a position for success and growth.

It includes complementary plug-ins, custom solutions, best practices. They are always learning and keeping up with enhancements and product releases.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Genetrix Technology could have done differently?
Very early on in our working relationship, we experienced some communication challenges - where I'd be expecting the team to own an area and they were expecting my team to own it, which led to some internal confusion and delays. We resolved those after a few quick discussions about roles and responsibilities. Absolutely no issues since then. Their team is fantastic.
