OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Webhead, and what were your goals?

Webhead was hired to design a website for our organization. The previous site was not owned and Webhead had to develop it from start to finish.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Initially a procurement was conducted and Webhead responded. Webhead is a DIR vendor which allows our organization to purchase their services without going through a procurement process.

The project was a begin to end process. There were numerous meetings conducted and several points of discussion during the process. The key deliverable was to provide a quality website.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The project manager was the main point of contact as well as others within the business.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching we have been able to track actual visits to the site and have been able to observe an ongoing increase in visits to it.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Their ability to meet as needed. Webhead's timeliness makes them the best among any of the prior companies that we have worked with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The one-to-one personalized services. What we have found throughout the years of working with Webhead is that they are consistent in their approach to our needs. Everyone we have worked with is professional and listens. If clarification is needed it is provided.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The greater improvement would be on our end. Sometimes the customer doesn't know exactly what is needed. We are approaching that point in the relationship now.
