I’m the COO of Huenel IT Services, an IT services company. We deliver software development to our customers. We also do application maintenance outsourcing for our customers.

They also work with our QA department to design the process and the implementation. In addition to that, they monitor our integral online procedure to ensure that we meet our customers’ expectations.

There are 4–5 people from their team working with us, including IT consultants and a service manager, who is our main point of contact.
