Gub.uy Image

Overview: Within the framework of the development of the Uruguayan State's portal for AGESIC, Kadabra was chosen for the implementation of Gub.uy distribution in Drupal; a single point of access to all government information and processes. Gub.uy was launched in 2018 and involve more than 200 websites including Uruguayan Presidency, Ministries and main Bureaus.


What they

needed: Uruguayan Government needed to integrate all Government's portals into one, and unify their communication and designs in a scalable and secure CMS. Their top priority was meeting the needs of the citizens with an intuitive experience where the citizens could find all the information easily.


How we helped them: We began defining the site architecture to ensure we meet the website goals while delivering a great experience for users. Gub.uy is a distribution of more than 200 sites. To built and support those sites we built a Drupal profile and use Jenkins and Git for the architecture deployment.  


Providing an integrated and unified access to Central Government’s services and developing a new single point of access to public sector websites and services, allowed Uruguay to joined in 2018 the D9, the most advanced digital governments group.

Overview:

We were hired by Cake Agency to involved in a new Drupal Project.

The Client needed a new communication tool that allows them to updated their website and design new website pages without coding skills. Cake did the design and UX and we did all the Drupal Development.

 

What they needed

They needed a new image and responsive web, but a CMS that allowed

the marketing department to update their communication and create new pages without the need of development skills.

 

How we helped them:

We implemented a solution based in components where the content manager have the ability to design new website pages by content blocks, allowing to design pages with paragraphs or columns, images and videos.

Uruguay's Catholic University Image

Uruguay's Catholic University

Overview: In 2014, the Uruguay's Catholic University, through their Corporate Communication Department begun their Drupal 7 website improvement process. Kadabra IT joined forces from the beginning becoming a strategic partner, providing expertise to improve ucu.edu.uy.


What they need: UCU was looking for a

technological partner to help them transform the portal into a flexible and responsive communication tool adapted to their communication needs. On the other hand, the IT department of the University was concerned about website performance and security.


How we help them: After understanding the scenery and defining the University communication needs, we establish together a route to transform ucu.edu.uy into an optimized tool to meet their needs for internal and external communication. To accomplish their goal we implemented an automatic deployment workflow with 3 environments.On the other hand, we work hard to improve the security and performance achieving security standards compliance and good practices.


Others: Currently, we are defining a route map to create a multi-portal system over Drupal 8, and migrate all UCU portals to this new tool.

Overview: Carrasco Lawn Tennis is the most important Tennis club y Latin America. They needed to do a whole new site with a CMS that allows the communication department to maintain updated the website but also allow every member to administrate their profile, do inquiries, payment status and more

 

What they needed: They needed a whole new website design and CMS platform with

authenticated user profile. The website needed to be responsive and provide meaningful and relevant experiences to users. Also, needed to be a solution for the communication department, to be independent in the update of their information and new pages creations.

 

How we helped them: We develop a Drupal website and we take care of every aspect, from the design, architecture and UX/UI. We implemented a solution based in components where the content manager has the ability to design new website pages by content blocks. The authenticated user profile allows every club member to see their profile, payments, trainings, tennis court reservation. We are also developing a mobile app with same specifications and design.
