I'm the business development manager of FT Fragrance, an importer and distributor of French fragrance compounds, raw materials, and packaging. We serve manufacturers, brands, and wholesalers in Thailand's fragrance industry.

What challenge were you trying to address with Impliway?

We needed help implementing our new Odoo ERP system.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Impliway has translated our vision for our new ERP into a customized version of Odoo. The main deliverables have been a customized version of Odoo designed to help us manage and monitor workflows across the entire business, from purchasing to sales (including CRM) and inventory (including batch tracking). The system also provides the data required to make informed business decisions. Moreover, Impliway has tailored key documents such as quotations, tax invoices, original receipts, and delivery orders. The team has also produced custom shipping labels and an operational dashboard to help us further improve our service levels to our clients.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Impliway has progressively delivered the system. Although it's too early to tell, on paper, the implementation of this new Odoo ERP system will help us automate and streamline our operations, remove data silos, alleviate the need to resort to multiple different software systems, and provide the business intelligence data to make better business decisions.

How did Impliway perform from a project management standpoint?

Impliway's project management is fair but could be further improved. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps. Staff have been very supportive throughout and have demonstrated a willingness towards consistent continuous development throughout the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed by Impliway's flexibility, technical capabilities, and friendly staff.

We’re a third-generation manufacturer and exporter of textiles, supplying cotton and polyester products to global hospitality, healthcare, retail, automotive, and interior design sectors through extensive in-house production facilities.

We’re still in the process of implementing the solution, but so far, Impliway has met all milestones on schedule, and our feedback has been very encouraging. The team has maintained strong communication and consistently high-quality deliverables.
