They expressed a constant desire to ensure we understood the various nuances about this project especially when IT services can be quite technical to understand. This project, which would normally be completed within a month or so, was elongated over a year due to issues only related to our Firm's new office set up, however, despite our circumstances, the CTO (Abu Nahian) was consistent to follow up every few months about on our situation and to let us know ITAdOn IT Solutions will be available when we are ready to complete the final steps for this project. This in itself was above and beyond and what I found to be the most impressive about this company - They Care!

They started with the riskiest / most ambiguous tasks at first, and then constantly refined. Despite the extremely tight timeline, they were graceful to accommodate for new feature requests, and work around the fact that our mocks (from our own internal design team) were not always ready on time. We were impressed with the speed of execution (the entire product was delivered under 4 weeks), and the willingness and flexibility to accommodate for our changing needs (we added and removed features in the middle of the project).
