I am one of the directors of Joy of Hearing Private Limited, a medical device organization.

What challenge were you trying to address with Webllisto?

When we started our organization, we needed help with website design, digital marketing, and social media marketing (SMM). As we're in the service industry, we also needed help with producing marketing collateral such as pamphlets and patient education material. We also wanted to create a digital platform to extend our reach.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They built our website from scratch. Features include dedicated sliders, explanations of how we provide solutions to our clients, and a refer-a-friend discount. We had to make sure that customers were able to find out about us, the types of services we provide, and what our mission is. They also build a site blog, as well as an area where we can display patient feedback. On the contact page, people can send us an email. We also have an area for people who are looking for a career with our company.

In terms of social media marketing, they post on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google, and Twitter. They've also helped us handle customers on social media as well; our organization now speaks directly to our customers through our social media pages. Webllisto is very transparent and has given us access to everything. Regarding technology, they're using AWS and GoDaddy. They're taking care of the maintenance for us as well. They are very flexible, providing both on- and offsite work.

Currently, we're making updates to the site according to our customer’s requirements. We're expanding quickly, so we  also need to make changes to our Google listings, add more things to the website, and leverage the cloud to save our data. WebIIisto provides us with good help and eased our employees' workload. 

What is the team composition?

There are 10–12 employees from their team working on our project, including their director. There are people working on Google, social media, and branding.

How did you come to work with Webllisto?

I first saw them through their posts on Facebook and Instagram. I started a conversation with them and got a quotation. Not only were they economical, but the quality of the work they provided was high.

We have spent around $5,000–$10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them around April 2020, and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It is very important to get updates and have a review call at the same time, and Webllisto initiated the review calls. It's been clear throughout who our touchpoints are for the project. They note every touchpoint, which makes it easy to keep track of everything. They also follow up with us to make sure that their understanding matches what we spoke about in the previous meetings.

How did Webllisto perform from a project management standpoint?

I would give them perfect marks here. We speak over phone calls, WhatsApp, and email. Additionally, we have Google Meet and Teams meetings. They have quite a big team, and for any issues, they will create a WhatsApp group for that issue, which makes it easy to gather topical updates.

They've been very helpful to us. Webllisto's team has guided us along the way, giving us some really good results. Their team is very cooperative. They hadn’t worked with our type of organization before, but they were ready to suggest many things to add and not add. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I think they should learn more about different types of organizations so that they have even more experience. They could also improve their visibility and hire more salespeople connected to doctors and retailers.

Everything is fine from our side. We’re still working with them. If we had issues, we wouldn’t continue with the project. They help us 24 hours online, so we don’t have problems.

How did Webllisto perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is good. When we started, connecting 20 people to our company was challenging. However, we now communicate with each other whenever we want. We use Zoom, Jira, and Nextcloud for our project management.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re always available. We can contact them at any time. We can just text, call, or email them if we have a problem. Overall, it’s easy to solve problems with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we don’t have any problems.

To avoid issues, work with them. They’re good developers, and the team provides lots of documents for the project. They let us understand what they do, and when we ask questions, they always answer.
