Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

So far, the results are good. We are still in the testing phase in some projects. Delivery is a little late but I think it is because there were unforeseen complications and bugs. Despite short delay, the team seems to be able to give good progress, good effort and good solutions to address unforeseen setbacks. The team is also flexible in accommodating requests that do not require too much effort.

Magenest is able to help us develop the functions and features we need and give good and efficient solutions to develop these features without too much costs and effort. Magenest also gives good advice and feedback on how we can develop new features efficiently and avoid developing features that cost too much with little benefit.

• Magenest team can always deliver tasks timely and accurately, we rarely meet any communication issue
• Magenest JSC does a great job at guiding the in-house technical team.

The testing process could be improved as our team is also participating a lot in the QA process

We want to build an eCommerce system to sell beers and other alcoholic beverages online in Philippines. The goal is to do on-demand delivery and service our customers with their preferred alcoholic beverage in Metro Manila in and hour or so.

Magenest is our global technical partner and has built eCommerce systems for our branches in other countries (Vietnam, Malaysia)

agenest was helping us to build the eCommerce system with Magento 2 and Odoo ERP solutions. For the Magento 2 site, we had a well kick-off meeting to onboard all project members and to finalize the project plan. The project was running with a sprint-based method and we got updates from Magenest frequently.

It was a quick implementation since Magenest has an experience with other sites and we had the site go-live after 2 months with all necessary functions. In 2019, we also integrated the eCommerce system with Odoo ERP to manage sales and stocks. Odoo is a great tool to manage sales from multiple channels.

A development team of 5 Magento certified backend and frontend developers; and testers. Account Manager was our main contact point and assist us in setting up the website. The team is responsive and reliable to work with

Because of Magenest, I learned how to maneuver the Magento software and it helped me so much in my day to day task as the ecommerce manager. They are very reliable as we can ask for help for any issues we encounter at any time of the day.

Magenest suggests using their ERP which is Odoo to manage the project tasks. It was a profesional and effective tool that we can report every issues and track the progress. For emergency cases, we can reach to the team via Whatsapp. They are responsive so we have no issues working remotely.

They have a lot of experience in maintaining a website and working with Magento and Odoo. They are always ahead of issues/bugs/security issues we encounter. A very proactive team we have here

We had some communication issues at the start but nothing we can't solve.
