The project included full website design and development, from initial wireframes and UX design to frontend and backend implementation. BitBreeze also handled performance optimization, responsive layouts, CMS integration, and basic SEO setup. Key deliverables included design prototypes, a fully functional website, and post-launch support.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After launch, we saw a noticeable improvement in user engagement and time spent on our site. Our bounce rate dropped significantly. The website’s speed and mobile performance metrics also exceeded our initial expectations.

They delivered all milestones on time and maintained clear communication throughout the process. Whenever we requested revisions or additional features, they were responsive and accommodating, providing solutions quickly without compromising quality.

Their ability to blend technical skill with design creativity really stood out. BitBreeze took the time to understand our business goals and translated them into a digital experience that feels both beautiful and functional. Their attention to detail and proactive problem-solving were exceptional.

Are there any areas for improvement or something BitBreeze could have done differently?

Overall, the experience was very positive. If anything, slightly more structured documentation during the early design phase could have helped speed up approvals. But this was a minor point. The team was quick to adapt and deliver a polished final product.

We needed an expert in complex integrations into big projects for an APP with milion users.

Project scope started with FIAT/Crypto payments integrations, continued with AI chat-bot, and AI customer support agent creation.

We hired more people later to increase our internal modules/admin panel development speed.

• Successful payments integration, allowing our users to pay with FIAT and Crypto
• Monitoring of the system and very fast support in case of issues
• AI Chat-Bot creation which allowed our customers to speed up FAQ process
• AI Customer-Support Bot creation based on company documentation
• Working on analytical APIs for Admin panel integration

I was in contact with Arman, he was able to quickly understand our needs, then suggested solutions. Communication was fast and smooth. 

What I liked the most is their initiative to contribute to the project by first understanding the project, followed by adding suggestions how to make it better. I appriciate their investment into the project and desire to make it better.

We needed a person who will not only implement but also guide us through the payments implementation process as we didnt have experienced people in the domain at the time, and we met the right person.

Taking extra steps. Unlike other agencies, they actually care about the project and its future. Arman and the team invested their time to learn about project, and support business decisions with their technical expertise.

They are also very reliable, we had times when unplanned deadlines came on the way and they were able to quickly adjust without much bureaucracy. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something BitBreeze could have done differently?

Adding more contact points and delegation. I felt like there are processes that can be delegated such as invoicing to not take up Arman's time and focus more on the main objectives.

Results were the key outcomes. They made sure everything was perfectly executed and tested all the functions before delivering milestones.
