Integricom advised us of phone systems and helped with the purchase and installation. Our company was pleased with the service and added them as our IT support including the purchase, installation and maintaining all our systems.

• Integricom has been a great support in all areas of our IT. They respond very quickly and all employees have a vast knowledge of all aspects.

For what projects/services did your company hire IntegriCom, Inc.?

We have partnered with Integricom to make sure all of our IT needs are taken care of. This includes troubleshooting problems, hardware needs as well as counsel on internet service providers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were contacted by Integricom because they knew we were looking for IT solutions. We decided to go with them because they offered us what we needed for what we thought was a reasonable price.

Since being with Integricom they have been able to help us work through IT issues that have come up, they have networked our office to give us a more secure internet and they have offered advice on hardware and internet providers.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We have worked with multiple resources that have all been equally helpful. Anja and Rob have been our main point of contact but everyone has been exceptional with their help.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They have been able to fix most of our issues with one phone call. They have also been able to save us some money in the future by helping us evaluate our technology needs.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow has been very effective. They are always available and willing to answer any questions we may have. They also have no issue coming onsite when needed but most problems can be solved through remote access.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really appreciate their availability. They have always been quick to respond which is key to solving IT issues so we can get back to doing what we do.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At this moment, I cannot think of anything I would change in regards to our relationship with Integricom.
