• Recruiting: Winged IT recruited several dozens of IT professionals for our projects. 
• IT Staff Augmentation: Winged IT has delivered dozens of IT contractors to us. 
• Staffing: they delivered Project Manager and Lawyer for a required period of time according to our needs. 
• Immigration law: they helped us relocate and legalize many employees from other countries to Poland. It includes Ukrainian citizens who entered Poland after the Russian invasion of Ukraine. 
• Business Consulting: Winged IT provided us with support in the areas of: 
  • Financial Consulting – helping us and our clients calculate the costs of creating a remote team in Poland, employing local IT professionals, renting the offices, procuring hardware, etc.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Winged IT recruited several dozen of IT professionals and delivered tens of IT contractors for our projects as well as additional Project Manager and Lawyer for a required period of time according to our needs. They also helped us to rent 3 offices in Warsaw and resolve all legal, tax, and operational issues – including those related to the relocation of foreign workers to Poland.

They always respond quickly and professionally and deliver the required results on time. The whole team was engaged in meeting the client's needs, and all our expectations were met even if we had ambitious requirements and time pressure.

Candidates were next interviewed by our team. As a result, we hired several software engineers and test automation specialists according to our expectations. That had happened with a strong support from Winged IT's site.

Our Japanese customer has recruited European R&D Talents in the UK for many years. In 2019, we proposed they check Poland’s talent pool, too. Winged IT, as a well-known company offering IT recruitment in Poland, supported us in preparing information regarding the high level of education in Poland and the skills of local Technology talent. Next, they provided us with CVs of dozens of Tech professionals from Poland interested in working for our client in Japan (after relocation) and meeting its requirements. 

We organized a customer managers’ trip to Poland to interview Polish candidates delivered by Winged IT. Winged IT was responsible for all the Agenda and scheduling meetings with applicants. As a result, the customer was impressed by the level of delivered candidates. The client decided to employ a few of them and relocate them to Japan. For us, it was an essential step in developing our business in Europe, which continues today.

We successfully started to develop our business in Europe with a project for reputable customer. We delivered candidates who met our client’s expectations since they accepted the first Tech employees from Poland. We gained valuable knowledge about the Polish Tech Talent Pool and confirmed our ability to grow in Europe, especially in Poland.

The project was accomplished in a very short period during the holiday season – it confirmed the very high skills of Winged IT in the area of IT recruitment in Poland. They managed the whole activity effectively despite the time pressure and ambitious requirements from our and our client’s side. All requested support was delivered on time and above expectations. They were also very friendly during the entire project, particularly during our visit to Poland.
