Updating the OS on my MacBook caused a major glitch in a search function that is crucial to my work. I contacted 9 tech companies for help. 8 got back to me. 2 wouldn’t work remotely, which is a must for me. 4 said they were aware of this issue and that there is no fix for it. And the remaining 2 wanted to try to fix it.

I gave it a try with the first company to book a time with me, and although they gave it a good go, the session ended with an admission that they couldn’t fix it. They didn’t bill me for the time, which was great. 

The 2nd company was Green Bee 3. Vikesh communicated with me, very patiently, for a week, convinced that they could solve the problem and that if they didn’t, they wouldn’t bill me. I was at the point of assuming there was no fix, so we went ahead with a remote session. Apparently they had been discussing this issue among the tech team all week and were eager to fix it. Tushar spent an hour and a half working on it remotely and he FIXED IT. Rock Star! 

I understand they work primarily with companies with numerous employees and computer networks, but they took great care with this sole proprietor and went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely call upon Green Bee 3 for any future problems. Btw, I contacted all of those who believed there was no fix to let them know that there actually was! Thanks Green Bee 3.

The problem was solved, after several IT companies told me it was unsolvable.

I only dealt with one person who set up the remote repair and the tech support person who conducted the repair. Both were great. Vikesh at Green Bee 3 was very responsive, efficient, and patient.
