I’m the account manager at Awesomecare. We work with individuals with disabilities, linking them to allied healthcare companies.
What challenge were you trying to address with victoria IT?
We hired victoria IT to help us build a website to showcase our services. Our old website was a mess and needed to be restyled.
What was the scope of their involvement?
victoria IT has redesigned and developed our website. They've listened to our needs and presented the best web solution to ensure we achieve our goals. victoria IT's team has migrated the site and changed the content to better appeal to my target audience.

victoria IT's manager is an active listener. I don't rush the project because sometimes rushing something can create more issues. However, victoria IT has promised to deliver within two weeks. We typically communicate through email and text messages.
What did you find most impressive about them?
victoria IT's transparency and clarity are amazing. From the very beginning, they provided us with clear project overviews and instilled us with confidence in their work. Until other companies that aren't clear about project pricing, victoria IT was very clear and concise about their prices.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t think of anything they could improve on.

I'd advise customers to be honest and clear about project expectations at the beginning of the partnership with victoria IT.
