We are an international media, publishing and event company. My role is Digital Development Director.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire IT Consultis?

We asked ITC to develop a marketing and commerce website to showcase a new event that we were setting up in China for the first time.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to have a site designed and built explicitly for the Chinese market, hosted inside China that would also allow for orders to be taken and paid for.

How did you select this vendor?

Via a standard RFP process

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

We gave a brief of our requirements which ITC then analysed and added In-China requirements. The team worked quickly, were strong and clear with recommendations and very prompt on comms and service. The site was built using React and Drupalfor ease of ongoing maintenance.

What was the team composition?

Account lead, designers, developers, project manager. The team were consistent throughout and very professional.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

From the start, ITC were extremely responsive to our needs. They provided expertise on technical implementation and guidance on adapting UX for a Chinese audience. I was very impressed with their service levels during and post-project. I would highly recommend ITC

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We had a dedicated project manager who was English speaking which massively helped.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are responsive and helpful, with great service all around. I trust the team which is impressive seeing as we are geographically so far away and have never met face to face.
