We already had established processes and frameworks in place, but we wanted to streamline operations further and bring more structure into our workflows. Priorise helped us by modularizing the framework, setting up scalable processes, and ensuring clarity across roles and responsibilities. As part of the engagement, they also enabled us to define and track additional KPIs critical to our business growth, and built enhanced dashboards and visualizationsthat are intuitive, user-friendly, and actionable for our teams.

We worked closely with the Priorise team and found their project management to be very effective. The work was structured in clear phases and delivered as per the agreed milestones. Each deliverable was validated internally before being rolled out, ensuring quality and accuracy. A proper UAT was conducted with detailed test cases, which gave us confidence in the outputs. Once rolled out, a few changes were suggested, and these were seamlessly incorporated following the Agile model. In addition, the team also supported us with ad-hoc analysis requests, which were addressed promptly and effectively.

We already have a version of the project which has been use for an year. We wanted to add in more roles and have a modularized framework, design and deliverable. There are additional KPIs that we have to measure as part of the additional roles and we have to have a more enhanced visualization on top of it which will be user friendly

We worked closely with the team and their project management was very good. They have drafted the work in phases and delivered as per the milestones. It was also validated internally before releasing it to the users. UAT was performed with detailed test cases. Once rolled out few changes were suggested, which was incorporated as per Agile model. Then few adhoc analysis were done as per one time user requests.

The team takes the requirements not only technically but solves it through business questions. They spend extra time to coordinate with teams to have the work completed.

There is always room for improvement, this applies to every organization - A start up to a big MNC. Priorise do have those and they should focus more on communication. They have a very strong team and their technical expertise they bring to the table is valuable.

What challenge were you trying to address with Priorise?

We needed help with demand forecasting, revenue generation, data engineering, and AI consultation.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Priorise managed the end-to-end development of a predictive demand forecasting and sales upliftment engine. The goal was to replace our manual estimation processes with a data-driven approach that could accurately predict inventory needs and identify specific levers to drive incremental sales. Their team handled everything from the initial integration of our fragmented sales and inventory data to the deployment of machine learning models that account for seasonality, promotions, and market trends.

As for the main deliverables, Priorise provided an automated data pipeline, a centralized ETL system that consolidated historical sales, inventory levels, and external market data into a single source of truth. They also delivered predictive forecasting models, advanced ML models that provide granular demand forecasts at the SKU/category level, significantly reducing stock-outs and overstocking.

Moreover, Priorise provided sales uplift analytics, a dedicated module that quantifies the impact of promotional activities, allowing us to see which strategies actually drive "lift" versus cannibalizing existing sales. They also delivered an operational dashboard, a user-friendly visualization tool for our planning and sales teams to track predicted vs. actual performance in real-time.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Priorise's work improved our prediction precision by 25%, significantly reducing the margin of error in inventory planning. We also achieved a 15% reduction in stock-outs during peak seasons and a 10% decrease in overstocking. Moreover, we realized a 12% increase in incremental sales through optimized promotional targeting.

In addition, Priorise's work automated our manual forecasting, saving the planning team roughly 20 hours per week. Our promotional spend efficiency (ROAS) also improved by 18% due to better "lift" analytics.

To track these improvements, Priorise implemented real-time Power BI and Tableau dashboards for SKU-level demand visualization and "Predicted vs. Actual" sales tracking. They also used MAPE (mean absolute percentage error) to quantify the 25% improvement in forecasting precision.

Moreover, we tracked the promotion lift index to measure incremental sales and on-shelf availability (OSA) to monitor the 15% reduction in stock-outs. We also leveraged Snowflake to monitor data pipeline health and model drift.

We successfully sustained the outcomes through automated retraining. Priorise built pipelines that allow the models to adapt to new market trends, preventing "model drift." We also integrated the 20-hour weekly time savings into our standard operations via the integrated dashboards.

Moreover, we use automated alerts to monitor data health, ensuring the 25% accuracy gain remains consistent post-and-off. The architecture has also proven robust enough to scale across additional product categories without performance loss.

How did Priorise perform from a project management standpoint?

Priorise worked in two-week sprints, providing us with visible progress and "demo-able" updates at the end of each cycle. The team used Slack and Jira for real-time coordination, ensuring total transparency on blockers and data dependencies.

Despite the complexities of cleaning our legacy data, Priorise met the go-live date without any scope creep or budget overruns. When data ingestion issues arose, their project leads quickly pivoted resources to stay on track, demonstrating high operational maturity.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Priorise's strategic partnership approach was unique. Instead of just delivering code, they provided business-first engineering. The team translated complex AI into a "what-if" simulation tool that allowed our team to test promotion scenarios before execution.

Moreover, Priorise's ability to integrate sophisticated models into our messy legacy systems with zero downtime was impressive. The team also demystified the "black box" of AI, ensuring our non-technical stakeholders fully trusted the data-driven insights.
