Because they’ve automated everything in the deployment pipeline, code is up and running within 15 minutes of the developers pushing it and with only 30 seconds–1 minute of downtime. We’ve had a couple of delays when running into unexpected issues, causing us to increase the scope and add things we didn’t think about initially. However, these delays have been caused largely because the original scope ended up being a lot more comprehensive than expected. Still, the end result has also been a lot better than originally imagined. As for communication, Noorix has always been very clear. We typically have weekly Zoom meetings to catch up. I also have access to Figma to see designs and another tool for issue tracking.
