I’m the CEO of a tech company that offers multiple services, such as N10 video surveillance, IT security, and cloud solutions. We operate from six locations, targeting large enterprises and clients in the public sector.

What challenge were you trying to address with Cielo Technologies?
Cielo Technologies supports IT and cloud security projects for our customers.

What was the scope of their involvement?
We use Cielo Technologies for a couple of things, including integrating our firewalls, taking on contract work, and deploying our proprietary cloud solution for our customers. Sometimes, they’ll help us when we need to further our end point security solution.
What is the team composition?
In total, we’ve worked with around 6–7 people. They have their own IT security and cloud security experts who work with our team.
How did you come to work with Cielo Technologies?
We chose them because they responded quickly to our requirements. They’re committed people and quite flexible. Whenever we have a requirement, they don’t break what they’ve agreed to deliver. That’s the kind of trust that we have.
How much have you invested with them?
It’s around 80,000–120,000 rupees (approximately $1,000–1,600 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working with them since around December 2019. Currently, we talking with them to help us with another project for a large customer.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We look at our customer timelines, which are very clear. Our payment depends on their ability to integrate the firewall or cloud solution as defined in the service level agreement (SLA). If they didn’t deliver their work on time, we wouldn’t work with them.
How did Cielo Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
I know one of their team members personally. He comes from a very professional background, having worked in multiple organizations, so he’s familiar with the top-down approach. That hierarchy allows for success and avoids challenges.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re committed to the job. We’ll have situations where we’ll ask them to work with us on our timeline which is dependent on the customer’s order. That order might come in the next day or the day after, but we won’t know until it happens. Their team is willing to be flexible and stick with us when we’re going through crisis management and deadlines.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They need to expand their horizons so that they can grow with the market need. This is the time for them to find a venture capitalist and push their reach. The sky is the limit for them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Everything should be in black and white to prevent any challenges. People may change, but the signed document still remains.
