Please describe your company and your position there.

We are a next generation Health-tech division of a large Financial conglomerate and I am the Technology head overseeing our AI & data based healthcare capabilities for consumers. Our new health management platform aspires to bring about disruption in the healthcare ecosystem by providing a network of service providers and using latest technologies to improve health outcomes of consumers.

For what projects/services did your company hire NutaNXT Technologies?

We hired NutaNXT Technologies as a specialist AI developer to develop an Image quality Assessment and error prediction solution for Visual media based on AI-ML algorithms. One of our key project goals was to create a scalable process image quality assessment and scoring along with automating accept & reject criteria and further prioritizing images based on consumer preferences.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After evaluating various vendors with Data and AI implementation capabilities, we decided to work with NutaNxt Technologies because of their small but experienced team, ability to listen to our requirements and deliver quickly and prior experience on this use case. Their team got what we were looking for immediately and was able to step in and fast track our project at a critical time.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

NutaNXT developed image/picture Quality API solution using an AI-ML approach to assess visual media quality, Image score, and rejection-based classification of the visual media. This has helped us improve the image quality of our health providers on the application

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

During our provider onboarding process, we are able to identify bad image quality upfront and avoid bad images from being visible on our application. better image quality has significantly improved click rates for our providers

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow was very effective; team was working cohesively and working in sprints to immediately address any show stoppers We are very satisfied with the engagement as they assigned a senior PM who worked closely with our team as a single PoC and tracked individual deliverables, which reduced our time involvement on the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I appreciate their ability to contribute quickly, quality of team and responsiveness and would recommend their services if one is looking for a reliable AI software partner. For what projects/services did your company hire NutaNXT Technologies, and what were your goals?

We hired NutaNXT Technologies to assist with initial aspects of the product experience design and MVP stages. Subsequently, we outsourced the product development, for custom software and mobile app development services.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We needed a vendor who can bring strong product design and data analytics expertise besides the mobile and web application development, which was critical for us to get the initial build out quickly and cost effectively. We evaluated a few vendors and selected NutaNXT based on the team, responsiveness, and competencies.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We initially engaged them at the ideation and design phase, where we needed them to come in as a product consulting partner and help us refine/validate/improve our Product idea and build the PoC to start with. Since they were involved from the early product discovery and design stage, they were able to build the right work streams, build a strong team with full stack developers(Angular.js and react.js with Python flask and node.js).

Their cross-trained dev team brought in critical Machine Learning and Data Analytics experience that was required to fast track the product build and do that without the need to bring in additional people and cost. The team met aggressive deadlines and adapted to our culture and core objectives with the product as needed. The teams ability to work remotely was commendable and they were very proactive. We are very satisfied with our engagement and would be glad to work with NutaNXT on our future projects.

We worked with 5 people from the team including the UI/UX designer, full stack backend developer, and the senior technical team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The team was able to deliver milestones on time and save our team's bandwidth as well as give us insights to expand and differentiate our product roadmap.

They provided a project manager to oversee the entire effort, which included scoping the work, planning sprints, managing the remote team and communicating effectively back to us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They acted as an extension of my company and helped co-create the vision. Their breadth of technology experience helped bring the necessary differentiation and IP-Moat into our roadmap.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They have a deep technical bench, some of whom were introduced at later stages of the project as the scope expanded. I would recommend exposing them to new projects early on as they can help founders further in the ideation stage. Adding product management to their scope of offerings can further alleviate a founder's burden.
