We don't have it at Klasse! a person from the technology area, so it was Visionnaire's role to act as a business partner when it comes to development. We were monitored throughout the process, with on-time deliveries, they give us solutions in which they suggested to us and which added a lot to the business.

The software reengineering aimed to improve the high availability and load balancing of the company's online financial transactions. we also won software with current technologies at the time: WebSphere 7.0 / 8.5.5, EJB2 / EJB3, JMS1.1, MQ8, Oracle 11g / 12c and JPA / JDBC

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

project management was based on a cascade methodology, as they participated in the entire software solution, the development phase was very productive, in the testing phase, there were challenges, due to the complexity of the company's business rules. We had a healthy partnership, which helped in these moments of mistakes and lessons learned.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

the partnership has worked since the beginning, and it has been built since 2006/2007. Their technical team is exemplary, due to dedication and technical knowledge.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I recognize flexibility and collaboration, being one of the highlights for the success of the projects that participate, because they work together in a continuous improvement. One suggestion is to clearly define the scope of the project and the roles and responsibilities as soon as possible.
