What specific goals or objectives did you hire SR Consulting to accomplish?

• Apply criteria to ensure that a customer account is unique in the Salesforce ORG of the Portobello Shop store chain.
• Support in the unification of duplicate records of the Portobello Shop store network
• Adapt the Salesforce architecture so that only one account for the same customer is considered for all stores in the network.
• Go live with the project, applying the new Salesforce architecture and merging duplicate records.
