BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm a Grandmaster chess player, the CEO and the founder of a chess educational platform that will help chess players to speed up their growth.

For what projects/services did your company hire The Project Drivers, and what were your goals?

We were stuck with launching our redesigned website, where 10% was done, but 90% was remaining. Then the right moment, we found Project Drivers, who helped us to redesign and launch the new website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The founder was the friend of my friend and I had heard lots of good things about him. After a few meetings I realized their professionalism and how strong is their team.

I can't tell much, us my team were involved in the process of launching the website :)

There were a project manager, 1 full stack developer, 1 backend developer, 1 front and UI/UX designer.

We just launched the website, so if I can edit this later, I'll do :)

They were very cool, working till late and always were in touch. Super dedicated team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their dedication impressed us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were miscalculations regarding timing and deadlines. But the miss calculations were from our side too. However, they absolutely compensated with overworking, working till late nights until we launched the website. Also, the founder is super honest, super direct and transparent. Open for feedback and improvement. Once we talked about timing issues, and they fixed it very fast!
