The primary objectives of this project were to conduct an in-depth evaluation of digital tools and the state of the IT infrastructure to build the most optimized strategy for improving the digital experience. The whole scope included: 

• Completing risk assessment and change management for digital infrastructure 
• Aligning digital and IT teams within the nonprofit organization with a common objective 
• Performing analysis for the integration between digital tools 
• Building a digital strategy to optimize the customer experience 
• Conducting infrastructure assessments to select the optimal strategy and tools
• Completing vendor evaluations to determine the feasibility 
• Developing a comprehensive integration strategy between teams and digital tools

The primary objective of this project was to conduct an in-depth evaluation of our existing CRM and analyze its performance relative to your organizational needs and evaluate our existing systems against others on the market:

• Assess and document existing strengths, weaknesses, and areas of improvement with existing CRM. 
• Document critical functionalities of the current CRM and desired features for potential new CRM solutions. 
• Outline necessary requirements for new CRM to support 3rd party system integrations, emphasizing robust API capabilities.
• Assess PCI compliance and HIPAA compliance requirements for new CRM solutions as required by current business operations. 
• Create in-depth demo use cases to ensure consistent product demonstrations across multiple 
• CRM solutions. Support the organization with detailed demonstrations and evaluations of SGA Pulse and Traction Rec solutions.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The ability to confidently say we properly interviewed a variety of staff and took their perspectives and concerns into account while selecting a new CRM platform that will allow us to grow and evolve while maintaining efficiency.
