As the team continues to grow, there’s an opportunity to be more intentional during early project scoping — taking a bit more time to assess feasibility and define the path forward clearly before committing. I’ve also found that aligning business development follow-ups more closely with a client’s internal timing and process could make interactions feel even more seamless. That said, their eagerness and responsiveness come from a genuine desire to deliver — and that’s always appreciated.
