BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a project manager for CoinRabbit; we provide lending services for individuals in cryptocurrency. 

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Brivian?

Our company is part of a holding and consists of several different companies. When we started our services and programs, we didn’t have enough resources to complete tasks quickly and on time. We needed to add strong developers in a short amount of time, so we hired Brivian to supply us with those developers.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We let Brivian know what we needed and the required specialties, and they augmented our staff. There was an onboarding process, and we laid out a technical task for them before we integrated them into the team. 

What is the team composition?

We worked with five developers on our initial project, but we’ve also met with some of their account managers, the founders, and the CTO. 

How did you come to work with Brivian?

They were recommended to us by a company in our holding. One of their founders and the CTO met with us, and we were incredibly impressed and decided to move forward with them.  

How much have you invested with them?

We spent more than $320,000 on our initial project. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in April 2022, and we are still working together. We’ve completed the initial project, but we have a lot in the works right now with Brivian.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve reached our goal, and they delivered everything to us. The project's success is demonstrated by the fact that the website is now live and being used by thousands of people. 

How did Brivian perform from a project management standpoint?

They worked remotely, but we had meetings every day. All of the work was completed on time and within budget. We use Jira, Miro, and multiple Google products like Google Workspace and Google Meet. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They hit the ground running when we started, and they understood what we were trying to deliver with the project. They’re transparent with us, and we were incredibly impressed that the founders and their CTO came to meet with us. 

They deliver on what they promise, and they complete things within the agreed upon time frame. We haven’t always had this experience with other companies, and we’ve been really impressed with Brivian because of it. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing more they could be doing for us. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Reach out and communicate with them. Meet as many people on their team as you possibly can because they’re wonderful to work with.
