Baseline was approached for establishing security monitoring tools and services on their IT infrastructure and applications. Service goal and deliverables aim to start process of constant improvements of company security maturity by discovering and eliminating the threats to business goals.

Redefine security as a measurable value and establish joint capabilities required to keep pace with changing business demands, compliance mandates, and emerging threats for strategic governance of IT security solutions such as:
• Effectively monitor and manage the security infrastructure to ensure optimal utilization of current assets.
• In-house IT staffs should spend far less time on day- to-day operational security issues versus new strategic projects.
• No longer depend on IT security tools and processes that provide a reactive, rather than proactive, approach to mitigating risk and minimizing data loss and downtime

Deliverables:
- Security data gathering and information analysis correlation in Cloud SIEM Platform.
- Security logs are kept for 12 months for investigation.
- Identification and assess of threat for files, services IT assets etc.
- User behavior analytics.
- Attacker behavior analytics.
- Implementation of deception technology
- Risk analysis considering specific environment, threats, and configuration of IT infrastructure.
- Vulnerability assessment of internal assets.
- Security briefs and monthly report of all tasks performed.
- Architectural Vulnerability Review for evaluate the overall architectural design across the infrastructure conducting technical network design reviews and focusing on security aspects of the implementation – searching for any single points of failure or any potential security vulnerabilities.

Reduced incident detection and response times, increased threat visibility, lower number of successful attacks, improved compliance audit results, higher system uptime, and enhanced employee awareness of cybersecurity practices.

Baseline IT Ltd. managed the project very effectively using Atlassian tools, which ensured clear organization, transparency, and smooth communication throughout the process. All deliverables were completed on time, and they were highly responsive to our needs. Any questions or adjustments were addressed promptly and professionally, making the collaboration efficient.

We achieved the ISO 27001 certification as a direct result of Baseline IT Ltd.'s consultancy. They also made small recommendations to improve our internal processes and security posture. For example, they helped us guide on how to prepare certain documents and guided us with some laws.

We started working together in September 2023, and our engagement is ongoing. Till now, they're responsible for monitoring the SOC and inform us for incidents.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our end goal was to have full visibility of our infrastructure and user activities in the SOC console. Baseline IT Ltd. accomplished this within the planned period. Our next goal is to monitor the SOC events, and so far, we’re pleased.We regularly receive tickets and incidents related to suspicious user activities and security reports based on which we make necessary changes to our infrastructure. Before working with Baseline IT Ltd., our system administrators were obligated to increase the cybersecurity in our company among all their other responsibilities. With the increase of cyber threats, we weren’t able to provide an adequate level of security with only internal resources. Baseline IT Ltd. stepped in, and because of their recommendations and guidance, we’re now on a proper security level.When the team implemented the SOC solution, we initially had a huge number of incidents. We started to upgrade and change our infrastructure based on Baseline IT Ltd.’s recommendations. We also started internal user training to ensure that our employees were familiar with modern threats. After some time, the incidents dropped drastically.
