They were to develop a simplified forum that uses zcash blockchain to send, store and display all messages.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I found them on LinkedIn and considered them along with two other vendors. The technical concept and communication have convinced us.

• to discuss, understand and make a concept for all planned features
• create frontend design
• develop frontend with all features
• in the backend, create a connection to Zcash client
• perform all tests and create a project documentation

We communicated with a product manager, designer, and the CTO, who then coordinated a team of developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They provided good tested productive MVP (frontend with backend and connect to the blockchain wallet) with all planned features.

We are very satisfied with the results and the project organization. Communication was clear and transparent. Deadlines were kept and we liked the periodical web-calls for synchronization.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We highly valued the autonomous working mode and technical expertise. Magnise researched topics on their own and found smart solutions to novel technical challenges.

Magnise also continually tested the software and made suggestions for improvements. The design work was quick and professional as well. The documentation also has a good technical quality.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

During calls, a better way to keep track of tasks could be found. E.g. someone takes notes and before the end of the call all participants can quickly repeat the open tasks again, so nothing gets lost.

1. Initial briefing to explain the philosophy and goals of my company with the EmployAgility Framework and the important role www.employagility.ch and the online assessment plays.
2. Initial design sketches from Magnise convinced me that they understand what we want to achieve and had the right mindset
3. Series of loosely run sprints collaborating with software engineer from 3rd party company in Switzerland to achieve go live as planned at the end of June

What was the team composition?

Account Manager, 2 UI and UX designers, 1 UI developer working in MS Teams together with my company and 3rd party company currently hosting the app and managing the backend.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are extremely happy with the result and proud to share it with our clients, coaches and other consultants who want to use the EmployAgility App. Many people have successfully taken the assessment in all languages and the feedback has been great. Ticks all the boxes of what we want to achieve and more

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Great, uncomplicated communication over MS Teams enabled us to quickly make decisions and solve issues. Sprint review and planning at the end of each 3 week sprint.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The whole team at Magnise is competent, professional, enthusiastic and a pleasure to work with. They quickly understood what we were looking for and applied creativity and flexibility to the project throughout.

Once the design was agreed and prototype developed the team worked to continuously refine - based on feedback but also their own creativity and expertise.

They take a professional pride in their work and the collaboration feels like we have added these guys to the EmployAgility team. A great addition!

We hired Magnise team to support us with development of a trading platform from scratch. Due the fact that Magnise was able to provide staff for our very specific needs, it happened that we also hired them to develop other products for us.

What were your goals for this project?

Our aim is to build the number one trading platform for the Small and Mid-size Asset management sector in combination with a revolutionary social network component which is directly integrated in the platform.

Long story short. We met the Magnise team some 9 years ago and experienced their expertise and the flexibility at this time, to form a team where we have direct access and can work with the Team members very closely. This made us to sign the contract… And Magniss is still working for us.

The Magnise team supported us with software development of multiple products with diverse functionalities. Some of the products were created for traders who want more anonymity and discretion, another product got developed to provide a Multi-Brokerage Version that allows brokers to diversify their accounts to all the brokers they can find in the broker list. Besides this, the team developed a high-end version of the AgenaTrader platform with advanced functionality for risk-managed semi-automated trading. We work almost a decade together and have created a product together, which brings a high value and a huge comfort for our customers.

What was the team composition?

It depends… Some of the projects were developed with the team of 3 developers and some of the projects were developed with the team of 12 developers. The skillful team of Magnise engineers contributed over five years to build a product meeting all the business needs of the market. Developers accomplished backend & frontend development of the platform, desktop application building, software testing & post-delivery support. Technologies used in the development process: .net Winforms, PHP, NodeJS, Mysql, Redis, AngularJS, Socket.IO., and all kind of API-Technologies.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our projects are successful, we have many clients who work with our products. As a result, 88% of users see it as the best platform on the market, 85% - recommend AgenaTrader to other Traders, 75% - increased their profitability.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The Magnise Team is a very reliable partner, thanks to their ability to implement effective collaboration, well-built operations, adequate flexibility, and powerful expertise. We agreed on a direct accessibility to our dedicated team members where the Dev and QA-Team is present in a virtual office with very short cut communication lines. Communication is crucial for us, and we are always satisfied with the level of responsiveness at Magnise. The team members are dedicated and highly skilled professionals. We do not even notice a distance between Vienna and Ukraine. For us it appears, that the UA-Teams are just sitting in a room next to our physical office space in Vienna. We are extremely lucky with the guys we are working with.

Magnise has been delivering Fintech services over 15 years. What’s more, the team possesses deep knowledge in the full cycle of trading platform development (it’s very essential for the success of our project): We performed projects in the following spaces with them. Custom Trading Software- , Forex- Stock- Futures-Tools, High Speed Trading , Algorithmic Trading , Desktop Trading ,Trading Apps and many Broker API Connectivities

Are there any areas for improvement?

We are happy with the results the Team-members are delivering to us. There is always space for improvements, but nothing what is worth mentioning.

Magnise has completed every project in a timely manner with very excellent code.

They had a relationship with the company that sold the white label trading platform.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They coded this Option Stalker in C# and help to build it into an incredible trading resource with proprietary indicators, trading systems, advanced charting, dynamic stock searches and brokerage API interfaces.

What was the team composition?

I primarily worked with one programmer, but there were times when 1 or two other programmers aided. They were also very capable.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Option Stalker has benefited my personal trading and it has allowed me to expand my business by offering it to other professional traders.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project management was incredible. We wold discuss the project and ask questions. Once they had all of the information they would provide a timeline for completion and those goals were always met.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Skype is the most effective way for me to communicate with the programmers and they were always available - ALWAYS.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I would not trust my code with anyone else and that is why I am taking time to complete this review.

One of the crucial points for us was to use mobile first approach in building of both market place and CRM.

We wanted the project to be engineered with mobile first approach because of extremely high influence of mobile devices on our daily and business life. We wanted to get business in our pocket – and the team provided us with the solution we wanted to have:

• one mobile app to automate all processes in the beauty industry
• operational business processes + CRM + online 24/7 booking services for clients.

With this CRM, users can automate & streamline the following processes: 24/7 online booking, appointment book management, customer database management, promotion & marketing, analytics & statistics, inventory management, and financial tracking.

For consumers across the beauty industry, Magnise was tasked to create a Mobile App an Amazon Marketplace for beauty — which includes information on beauty salons that can be filtered according to location, services provided, price range, ratings, etc. Customers can also book beauty procedures 24/7, view appointment history, deposit balance, and discounts on a real-time basis. Everything in one place, on one app.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We had a strong project management team. A lot of important questions were asked to understand specifications and our business needs. All processes were extremely well scheduled in order not have missed deadlines. I’m really happy with how the project is managed and with all the outcomes.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We meet with Magnise team on a daily basis via Skype/Telegram and other messengers.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The Magnise team is totally dedicated and act even like an adviser. The team helped to build architecture, choose platform and technologies. The team took the total control under software development processes. We have a level of confidence in them we didn’t have with previous software development teams.
