If things were ever off-track, we were kept in the loop by our existing Scrum framework and addressed gaps directly with resources. While we did not need to leverage this, Simform also had a dedicated Customer Success resource that we could leverage if we were unable to address these gaps directly with our assigned resource.

Great communication, always seeking clarity between my desires and what the programmers were working on. I now have to have him on future projects. I had Kewal Sanghadia as my success manager. He did a great job checking in with me along the way and making sure I was heard through the process. They were a great team! Simform is a well-oiled machine. Our company has been building our own software for the past 13 years and we just started working with Simform in the last 6 months. They have blown me away with their organization, communication, design, and programming.

Then, when they actually start developing it from the concept to development, it is so fast. It's really a pleasure – it's unbelievable. It's almost as if I don't want to tell people about them. I want them all to myself. All the people that we've worked there each have such great skills. Liam's [True Interaction CEO and founder O. Liam Wright] an artist with what he can do, and the development team he has in unparalleled. Then, within a week, Liam's team came in, changed the interface, fixed all the code of the other developer, and took control of the whole project and got it to the finish line fast. For any upgrades, we always go right to True Interaction, and they complete them quickly. They always work, there's never any bugs, and everything runs the way it's supposed to run. It's great.
