The team needed to quickly grasp the specifics of the project's ecosystem, including all system components. AgileDevServices conducted thorough testing of the existing solution and implemented automated tests using the Continuous Integration infrastructure. They also covered various user cases and ensured product quality assurance. The team analyzed all applicable use cases and provided us with a decomposed plan and estimations for expanding functionality, fixing critical bugs, and implementing planned changes. 

AgileDevServices was responsible for implementing new functionality based on our requirements, including development of frontend and backend components. The team addressed first-priority bugs and conducted refactoring to improve code readability and enhance the speed of developing new functionality. AgileDevServices expanded the documentation, providing a clearer description of the system's logic, test cases, and components.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

AgileDevServices was able to build a highly functional distributed team comprising developers, test automation and manual QA engineers, and DevOps professionals. They made timely progress through iterative deliveries, expanded documentation, improved Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery practices, and provided a detailed plan for ongoing enhancements. Each deliverable was tied to a release or a patch. 

Over 80 issues were addressed and delivered to the customers. New CI/CD pipelines were built to deploy the solution to the internal lab and to the SS8 AWS PVC. These outcomes showcased AgileDevServices’ success in meeting the release objectives and delivering a high-quality solution. AgileDevServices implemented multiple new backend and frontend features, covered the entire solution with the automated tests, and thoroughly documented it.

Despite the urgency and gaps in design documentation, the AgileDevServices team quickly immersed itself into the project's specifics. They created new documentation and detailed videos to facilitate knowledge transfer and reduce the initial onboarding time for the new team members. This approach allowed them to grow the team, maintain focus on production tasks, and meet the project's timelines. The project is a platform intended to make collection and processing of data from various business portals automated. The support of analysis of relationships between account data from various sources was implemented in it.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

During the first 8 months of the platform’s operation, our Sales and Marketing Department managed to collect and process the number of leads that exceeded the number of leads collected over the same period of time by several dozen times. The platform has already helped to find several interesting partners and customers for us, including the ones from new geographic regions.

• We wanted to enhance the product’s functionality by developing a new and expandable system of game logic, as well as preserve backward compatibility with older versions of saved games. The solution complex architecture was a challenge in itself and posed difficulties for extensions. 
• Among other goals, we had multiple UI enhancements and support for various game modes and rules. Since our product is a role-playing game server client, all of the above required very specific and deep understanding of the game mechanics.

We had a huge scope of work mapped out: A few significant enhancements to the game logic, including an expandable game logic system for automated character interactions, replacing static presets with customizable behavior, and introducing nonlinear algorithms through a user-friendly interface. 

We also planned to ensure compatibility with older versions, maintain data model consistency and preserve the integrity of game characters across all versions, including the shop with paid content. 

Multiple application architecture enhancements, including refactoring subsystems for future expansion and improving scalability and maintainability. 

Regarding User Interface (UI) improvements, the goal was to replace all UI elements with JavaFX, and address complexities arising from mixing AWT Swing and JavaFX elements. Also, REST API was developed and implemented to provide access for external systems and apps to game character data.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Despite frequent changes, all project requirements were met. Here are the most notable results: The implementation of a REST API provided external access to view game character data outside the client. 

We were able to change the application architecture, including complete subsystem rewriting, to facilitate future expansion and refactoring. All UI elements of the application were replaced with JavaFX, resulting in an improved user interface. 

Our game client now has the ability to create nonlinear algorithms for character interaction introduced through a visual programming interface and text-based options.

AgileDevServices engineers possess exceptional technical expertise in software development, application architecture, game design, and integration solutions. Their ability to deliver complex multifaceted projects while balancing and fulfilling multiple concurrent requests is impressive. 

We’ve partnered with multiple vendors before, and the ability to multitask without losing the quality sets them apart. The recurring challenge was the constantly changing solution architecture. 

Together, we invested a lot of time and effort into research and development, and despite multiple changes, we never annoyed or disappointed. It required considerable skill and consistency to always find the next best idea, repeatedly. AgileDevServices did just that.

• Over 5000 automated tests have been written and employed during the development and test stabilization phase, with the significant impact on quality and test timing decrease over the release. This significantly increased stability of builds and releases.  
• The infrastructure for application automatic build and tested was setup, correlated Linux server administration was fully carried out. 
• The integration of test automation system with Bug Tracking System (TestRail) was done. 
• The full pipeline of stable Continuous Integration cycle was implemented.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Overall, AgileDevServices team has reported around 500 bugs, covering 5000 test cases for our products. It significantly increased the stability of releases. 70% of our products' functionalities are tested with every build. They implemented the full cycle of Continuous Integration, something which our company never had, issuing automated tests with every new build. Each test is run for around 200 hours. If any critical failure is discovered by the script, the build is rejected. 

We are given detailed reports featuring screenshots, which are done automatically. AgileDevServices made the integration of test automation system with TestRail that allows having convenient reports, including annual one for our vice president. The whole process was very well-organized and documented.

I found their project management aspect to be highly efficient. I was fully aware of their progress, obstacles (if any), and test statistics. They provided me an impressive analysis on quality aspect. It gave me a clear picture of how far we are from being ready for the release (on quality aspect).

Earlier, I've worked with other suppliers and found AgileDevServices the easiest to work with and manage. I can simply tell them what to do and be given the right resources for the task and high quality results guaranteed. This was very appreciated by me and our management.

Typically all customers expect to have generous and affordable rates with high/top quality and timing of work to be done. We always cooperated with rates combining with highest quality in Industry standards and negotiate reasonable solutions.
