What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Everything they've done on a technical front has been exceptional; Also, there is no user complaint about any bugs, we always receive great comments from visitors on our website.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Very effective. In addition to the usual meetings we had a one-to one meeting with the PM seperately, where we could discuss any concerns. When we raised concerns they were addressed quickly.
