The video absolutely serves its purpose. Users know if our services might be of interest to them within seconds. If they stick it out to 40 seconds, they will learn the essence of the service. If they watch all the way (which according to Vimeo a high percentage do) they will have gotten about 95% of any pitch we could make, even if we had 10 minutes. All in 88 seconds. Responsive, creative, inventive, and they get it done.
